1. Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned within 7 daysof delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Certain products such as perishable goods, personal care items, or customized orders may not be eligible for return.
2. How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and navigate to Order History.
- Select the item(s) you’d like to return.
- Follow the instructions to generate a return request.
- Pack the item securely and attach the provided return label.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order for the preferred product. This ensures you receive your item quickly without waiting for the exchange process.
